Shiloh Sword
President
A formidable woman with a profound background in mixed martial arts. Shiloh not only holds an impressive background in Hawaiian Kenpo Karate, but she and her husband Ryan have also founded a family-owned dojo, Rhyno's Peoples Kenpo Karate, established in the heart of Denver, Colorado. Together, they've cultivated a thriving business where their shared passion for karate is complemented by their commitment to family values and determination, to pass this on to their students and families.

As a 2nd degree black belt, Shiloh has dedicated herself to honing in on her martial arts skills, embodying discipline, and instill the values of respect and self-discipline in her students. Her journey is a testament to her commitment to the art and her continuous pursuit of excellence in both skill and character.
Not only an owner of her own karate school, Shiloh is also a dynamic professional with a rich background in both Human Resources and Marketing. With 15+ years of experience in navigating the intricacies of HR, Shiloh has become adept at cultivating a positive workplace culture and fostering individuals' skills and encourage growth. Simultaneously, her expertise in marketing has allowed her to craft compelling strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Shiloh's unique skill-set bridges the gap between people and skills as well as showcasing her versatility and commitment to driving organizational success through effective communication, management, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Shiloh's story is one of balance, blending the worlds of family, martial arts, experience, and entrepreneurship into a harmonious and successful enterprise.
During Allie's nine years as a competitor, coach, and volunteer, she has always sought out challenging, supportive, and professional martial arts events for her students to participate in. It is a priority of Allies to consistently step foot into the ring while training students of her own so they always have an example of discipline, evolution, and intention. While she has won countless first place, finalist, and championship rankings, these accolades are not the reason she takes part in these events. Tournaments foster a
community of like-minded athletes, instructors, coaches, and “karate nerds” who see value in reframing competition’s purpose to be in the ring only with your past self and to compete simply because you just love to. Recently, she has successfully opened her own school, Luckyfoot Martial Arts, in Fort Collins, CO specifically with these values at the helm.
Leadership is something she naturally gravitates towards. In her day job, her initiative, innovation, and executive organization takes the active lead in responding to behavioral emergencies. These delicate crises must be addressed smoothly, professionally, and with respect of all parties involved. Having crisis intervention and management experience doesn’t seem translatable to martial arts instruction or tournament matters on the surface, but each environment has its own respective web of variables that if handled without care could lead to a negative, unprofessional, and potentially dangerous situation. Her experience with staff training and organized team efforts would be invaluable as we know that the chain is only as strong as
its weakest link.
As Sport Karate West believes in quality and community-oriented martial arts events, she believes her talents in martial arts and overall leadership will be a great addition to the SKW family.
